Please check back soon. Our soaps sold out during the winter holidays, and we are transitioning our soap production to a cold process.

Cold-process soap requires up to six weeks of curing after production. You might discover your favorite soap looks a little different upon restock, but we think you’ll really like the change.

The cold process preserves the benefits of natural butters and oils, allows for natural plant-based dyes, and complements our essential oil blends to provide an overall improved product.

It also avoids the use of palm oil, which contributes to deforestation and has been linked to human rights violations. The decision to eliminate palm oil in our soap production reflects our mission and commitment to sustainable farming.


What is the deadline to order for delivery before Mother's Day?

Although shipping continues to take a little longer during the pandemic, orders received by Friday, April 30 at 12 noon EST should arrive at their destination in time for Mother’s Day. Deadline to place local pickup orders is Friday, May 7.

I live in Lexington. Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Just choose the “Local Pickup” option during checkout to let us know. This will remove any shipping estimates. We fulfill orders 2-3 times each week. When your order is processed and ready to go, we’ll send an email with our address and further pickup instructions. You can pick up your order Monday – Saturday between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm. Please note our facility is about a 20-30 minute drive from downtown Lexington.

How long until my order is delivered?

We ship exclusively via USPS. Shipping delays continue during the pandemic. Although the number of days to deliver will differ based on your location, our shipments have been delivering withing about 7-10 days of order date. The email you will receive when your order ships will include a tracking number to monitor the journey of your shipment.

What if my order is a gift for someone?

We can ship directly to your gift recipient! During checkout, use your address for the Billing section and your gift recipient’s address for the Shipping section. If you would like for us to include a complimentary gift card with your order, just include the message for the gift recipient in the notes section during checkout.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

We estimate your shipping and handling costs at time of purchase based on the order’s total cost.

$3 to $10 = $3
$10.01 to $20 = $5
$20.01 to $50 = $8
$50.01 to $150 = $15
$150.01 to $250 = $20
$250.01 or more = FREE SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship your order as affordably as possible. If our estimated shipping for your order exceeds actual packaging, handling, and shipping costs by more than 10%, we will issue a refund for the excess amount to the credit card used to purchase the order.
