We are a nonprofit organization committed to ending intimate partner abuse in families and the community. Our shelter in rural Fayette County, Kentucky is surrounded by a beautiful 40-acre property. We farm this land to offer nature-based healing, nutritious field-to-table produce, and job training for survivors. Nurturing lives harmed by intimate partner abuse.
The six-month construction project to renovate our emergency shelter has begun. The effort will create additional bedrooms, increase safety and confidentiality, and improve use of space at the facility. We are excited by possibilities the renovation will create for survivors in our community for many years to come. And commit to uninterrupted operation of the shelter and 24-hour crisis hotline, also housed at the facility.
