How much of my purchase benefits services for your mission?
At least 17% of each purchase benefits our services for survivors, unless a coupon is applied.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping fees are determined by Printful, our third-party vendor for printed merchandise. These fees vary based on size, weight, and quantity of items ordered:
- T-Shirts, Tanks, Hats, Beanies, Totes: $3.99/ $2 additional item
- Sweatshirts: $7.99/ $2.50 additional item
- Coffee Mugs: $6.99 / $4 additional item
- Stickers: $3.50 / $0.05 additional item
When will my order be delivered?
It usually takes about 10 business days to receive your order. This includes up to 3-5 days for printing + up to an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. You will receive an email with tracking code when your order is ready to be shipped.
What company do you use for printing?
We use Printful, a third-party print vendor, to fulfill and ship your order. We are required to share your order details and delivery address with Printful to facilitate production and shipping.
What if my merch is damaged or has another issue?
We hope you’ll love your new merch! But if something’s not right, instructions for return and/or refund will be included on the packing slip with your shipment. Should you encounter any troubles during the return or refund process, please reach out to 859-519-1911 or send us a note:
