A survivor field note from "H" is featured in our A survivor field note from "H" is featured in our new CSA Member Handbook. And we’re sharing some of our favorite spider photos taken by staff around the farm! 📸🕷️

Ode to the Arachnid
I’m scared of spiders
I hate this fear
As the seasons change
they are out in abundance
Flying though the sky
on their shimmering waves
Falling off ceilings
Blinded by the sun rays
Creeping though corners
And gaps through the walls
Making magnificent traps,
Webs catching their falls,
Searing me as they
Sit awaiting their prey
Steadily hovering above
But it's going to be ok.
Because this is their home
Outside is their house
But I will smash them
If I see them scampering about
Inside is where I live
Inside I reside
Please don’t chill on my walls
Or use my head for your falls
Please don’t run toward me
When I bust you in hiding
Stop crouching under my bed
Or we will be fighting

📣 We're joining @zerovkentucky to #GetLoudforSurvivors and their children.

The 15 programs that comprise our state’s coalition receive more than $20 million in federal funding for crisis lines, emergency shelter, safety planning, court advocacy, housing assistance, and more.

This funding saves lives, and it’s in jeopardy. Save domestic violence funding in the Fiscal Year 2026 Federal Budget.
